- 6 tomatoes(take small red juicy ones, don’t go for hybrid variety)
- 4 green chillies
- One spoon oil
- salt to taste
- Curry leaves handful
- Coriander three spoons
- Put oil in the pan. Fry tomatoes and chillies together for 3 minutes.
- When the peel of tomatoes crack, remove them and put off the flame.
- Now grind some curry leaves and little coriander in a mixer
- Later on add tomatoes and green chillies and salt and grind for 15 seconds
- Now take a serving bowl and season it and garnish with coriandeer leaves
- Now hot and spicy tomato chutney is ready within 5 minutes
- Serve this Tomato roti pachadi with hot rice or dosa or even Chapathi or toasted bread or it can be used as a pizza base coat
